Kocliko 2025 Retrospective: Month by Month

The year begins with a strong strategic turning point: the launch of our results-based commitment offer. A clear promise made to our clients: measured, monitored, and verified energy savings, supporting more efficient and effective collective heating management.
February • Kocliko at the Data4NRJ Exhibition
In February, Kocliko participates in the Data4NRJ exhibition, a key event for data and energy stakeholders. It’s an opportunity to highlight our data-driven approach, digital twin technology, and AI for managing collective boiler rooms.
March • Key Contracts Finalized
March marks a key milestone with the finalization of major contracts, notably with OPAC de l’Oise, OPHÉOR and Grand Bourg Habitat.
These collaborations with leading social housing providers confirm the robustness of the Kocliko solution, its ability to adapt to diverse property portfolios, and its concrete impact on the energy performance of collective housing, on a large scale.
April • DEVOXX France: Innovation at the Heart of Tech
Our technical teams gather in Paris for DEVOXX France, a benchmark event for developers. A highlight dedicated to technological watch, software innovation, and continuous skill development.
May • Recruitment and Team Growth
In May, Kocliko launches a recruitment campaign to support the acceleration of upcoming projects and deployments. This highlight is also marked by a team seminar in Paris, bringing together all employees around the challenges of growth, innovation, and energy performance, within a strong collective dynamic.
June • Our Energy Managers Team Finally Boosted!
Growth materializes with the arrival of new talent: our team of Energy Managers is strengthened by welcoming 3 new talents, ensuring ever more precise monitoring of energy performance on the ground.
July • Start of Mass Deployments
July marks a major milestone: the start of large-scale deployments of the Kocliko solution. A new dimension for our operations, serving thousands of homes, all under the sun.
August • Team Seminar and Toulouse Olympiads
Even in summer, team spirit remains at the heart of our DNA. August is punctuated by a team seminar and Olympiads in Toulouse, essential moments of cohesion, sharing, and strategic reflection, notably thanks to dives in the pool.
September • First Booth at the USH HLM Congress
In September, Kocliko held a booth at the USH HLM Congress for the first time, marking an important step in terms of visibility and integration within the social housing ecosystem.
This event was punctuated by the visit of numerous partners, as well as key clients such as in’li, Promologis, and OPAC de l’Oise, with whom we were able to discuss energy performance challenges, boiler room management, and energy sobriety.
The congress also provided an opportunity to innovate in our exchange formats: videos broadcast directly at the booth allowed for remote dialogue with OPHEOR, strengthening ties and feedback despite the distance.
October • Solar Impulse Foundation Label
In October, Kocliko obtains the Solar Impulse Foundation label, an international recognition awarded to solutions that are both clean, efficient, and economically viable.
Awarded by a committee of independent experts, this label distinguishes innovations capable of addressing environmental challenges without compromising performance or profitability.
For Kocliko, this certification recognizes a unique approach to energy management in collective buildings, based on material sobriety, field data, digital twin technology, and artificial intelligence. It also confirms the solution’s ability to generate measured and verified energy savings, without major works, while improving occupant comfort.
This label strengthens Kocliko’s credibility with landlords, operators, and institutional partners, and is fully aligned with our mission: to accelerate the energy transition of collective housing on a large scale.
November • Victory at the Procivis Innovation Trophy
In November, Kocliko wins the Procivis Innovation Trophy at the RENT exhibition, a benchmark event for real estate and proptech innovation. This distinction rewards an innovative, concrete, and operational solution designed to address the energy, economic, and social challenges of collective housing.
Awarded by a jury composed of major players in housing and real estate, this trophy highlights Kocliko’s ability to leverage technology for energy performance, relying on data, artificial intelligence, and a results-oriented approach. It also emphasizes the solution’s real impact on the ground: measured consumption reduction, improved occupant comfort, and simplified management for operators.
This recognition strengthens Kocliko’s legitimacy as an innovative player in the energy transition and confirms the relevance of its model to sustainably support social landlords and property managers.
December • Year-End Seminar and 2026 Projection
The year concludes with a year-end seminar, a key moment for collective gathering and reflection. This highlight allowed us to review the achievements of 2025, share field feedback, and measure the progress made, both in terms of deployments and energy impact.
Beyond the review, this seminar was primarily forward-looking, with a clear projection of 2026 ambitions: continued large-scale deployments, strengthening of management and support offers, and a firm commitment to further amplify Kocliko’s contribution to the energy transition of collective housing. A unifying moment, full of meaning and momentum to approach the future together.
Onward to 2026!
Building on this momentum, Kocliko approaches the coming year with ambition and commitment. 2026 promises to be marked by several major industry events, starting with Énergie Meeting, UNIS Mouv’, then the HLM Congress, all key appointments for exchanging with collective housing and energy stakeholders.
These highlights will accompany the continuation of large-scale deployments, the strengthening of our results-based management offers, and the development of new services designed to simplify the daily lives of landlords and operators.
The coming year will be resolutely focused on action, fieldwork, and collaboration. Onward, together.
